(SATAN'S TEMPTATION)
WHAT JESUS REJECTED --
THE POPES GLADLY ACCEPTED

THE KINGDOMS OF THE WORLD
AND ALL THEIR GLORY.

Jesus Rejected -
What the Popes Accepted

Satan offered to Jesus - all the kingdoms of
the world and their glory - if Jesus would do
one act of worship to Satan.

Of course, Jesus rejected Satans offer.

Notice that Jesus did not deny that the
kingdoms of the world belonged to Satan,
and therefore it was a valid temptation.

Think about this. Satan tempted Jesus by offering
him "all the kingdoms of the world." Yet, would
Satan's offer have been a real temptation if
Satan was not actually the ruler of these kingdoms?

But what can we learn from this ?

Four things.

1. That all the world's kingdoms
and governments are owned by Satan
and they are under his influence.

"Satan is actively involved in the political process.
In fact, he said to Christ, “I will give you all this
domain and its glory; for it has been handed over to me,
and I give it to whomsoever I wish. Therefore if you
worship before me it shall all be yours” (Luke 4:6-7).
The book of Daniel teaches that there are wicked spirits
who are assigned to various leaders. There is no question
that some world leaders are but tools of the devil."

2. Many years later, the Catholic popes
     of Rome - accepted the very offer that
     Jesus refused.   By doing an act of worship
     indirectly to satan - he rewarded them
     with the "holy Roman empire" - whereby
     the popes lived in shameless luxury -
     and were on a course to conquer and
     dominate the world.   And how did the
     Popes do an act of worship to Satan ?
     By accepting and adopting the idolatry
     of paganism - into the church of Christ.
     It is historically proven that much of what
     is taught and celebrated in the name of
     Christ - came directly from the halls of
     rank paganism.

3. As followers of Christ - we should think
     seriously - before we are tempted to
     support Satan's political empire or his
     False Religious Empire - known as
     "Babylon The Great".

4. We should copy Christ in his adherence
     to giving worship ONLY to his Father,
    Jehovah God.   Jesus said - "for it is written."

“For the Scriptures say, ‘You must worship
the Lord your God and serve only him.’”

Satan Tempted Jesus

"The devil led him (Jesus) up to a high place
and showed him in an instant
all the kingdoms of the world.
And he said to him,
"I will give you all their authority and splendor,
for it has been given to me,
and I can give it to anyone I want to.
So if you worship me, it will all be yours."

Notice in this account above that Jesus did not deny
that Satan held control over all the political kingdoms
of the world - but still, Jesus rejected Satan's offer.
He not only refused - but told Satan to go away.

That Old Serpent

Various people have often said that
satan’s greatest victory is, that he has
convinced humanity that he and his hoards
of demons don’t exist, or the effects of
their activities are actually left over
energies of those who lived before us.
The claim is, that they are harmless.

The Bible tells of rebellious angels;
that were at one time some of God's angels,
but who now work against God and against
all of God's creation.

Hebrews 1:14 describes angels as spirits - and
demons are called unclean spirits - Matt. 8:16; 12:45;
Luke 7:21; 8:2; 11:26; Acts 19:12; Rev. 16:14.

Not all angels continue to do God's will,
although all angels were originally created
by God to perform His works, to participate in
His plans, and to convey His message.

Some angels rebelled against God's plan.
Some angels go forth to give their own message;
some angels go forth to lead mankind AWAY from
the truth. But all angels are more intelligent
and powerful beings than mere humans.

The angels are represented throughout the Bible
as a body of spiritual beings who intermediate
between God and men: "You have made him (man)
a little less than the angels" (Psalm 8:6).

Angels, just as mankind, are created beings;
"praise ye Him, all His angels: praise ye Him,
all His hosts...for He spoke and they were made.
He commanded and they were created"
(Psalm 148:2,5: Colossians 1:16, 17).

Among these myriads of angels are those who
follow their own rebellious plan instead of God's.

The books of the Old and New Testament,
together with sacred and profane history,
are full of relations of the apparition of
bad spirits. The first, the most famous,
and the most fatal apparition of Satan,
is that of the appearance of this evil spirit
to Eve, the first woman, in the form of a serpent,
which animal served as the instrument of that
seducing demon in order to deceive her and
induce her to sin against Jehovah God.

Since that time in Scripture he is often termed
and referred to as that Old Serpent.

The pagans had a sort of divination by means
of serpents, which they called Ophiomantia.
The serpent has been worshipped as far back
as Ancient Babylon. The Egyptians, Greeks,
and Romans worshiped serpents, and regarded
them as divine. They brought to Rome the serpent
of Kpidaurus, to which they paid divine honors.
The Egyptians considered vipers as divinities.

The word, ‘demon’, comes from the Greek word,
‘daimon’, which means, ‘supernatural being’,
or, ‘spirit’.

In John 8:44, Christ said to his unbelieving
Jewish audience: “Ye are of your father the devil,
and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was
a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in
the truth, because there is no truth in him.
When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own:
for he is a liar and the father of it.”

1) Satan did not abide in truth (John 8:44).
2) Satan “fell” into condemnation (1 Timothy 3:6).
3) Angels (demons) were punished when they sinned
(2 Peter 2:4).
4) Angels didn’t keep their own domain.
They abandoned their proper abode (Jude 6-7).
5) War in heaven Satan was cast “out” of heaven
(Revelation 12:7-9).

Terror has come upon the earth
Just like the scriptures said
We Live in daily constant Fear
Most people Live in dread

Bombs exploding everywhere
no one is truly safe
children being torn apart
and very few escape

Killing is an everyday sport
some people kill their own
A family found all torn apart
while they relax at home

Babies raped by Fathers
their blood is poured like wine
Torture in our homes and streets
and few are left alive

People setting Fires
for the Fun of Evil men
to scorch and burn entire towns
by violence they are fed

Neighbors killing neighbors
with no motive and no reason
human flesh they barbeque
to eat with torrid screamin

Entire nations engulfed in rage
While people flee in droves
Refugees around the world
are hungry without clothes

The riots as they flip the cars
and smash the storefront glass
Throwing bombs they make at home
and setting Fires with gas

The news is filled with gorey scenes
of torn and bloody flesh
It's everywhere - in every town
The entire world's a mess

An evil spirit has Filled the earth
of hate and naked lust
the cruelty abounds on every shore
there is no love or trust

The royal culmination
of this Evil Violent trend
is when Jehovah's Messiah stands
and brings this to an end

Sine contend that - since the Catholic Church
is the Oldest Institution of the Christian Faith -
that makes it infallible and right.

How does this reasoning fit in with the scriptures ?

Apostasy Began Early

The New Testament predicted this
(1 Tim. 4; 2 Pet. 2; Gal. 1; 2 Thessalonians 2;
and Acts 20). In fact this apostasy was beginning
to manifest itself even in Apostolic times.

The Apostle Paul, in his second letter to the Thessalonians,
foretold the great apostasy :

"the mystery of iniquity doth already work."
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4,7.

Even at that early date he saw, creeping into the church,
errors that prepare the way for the development of the
corruption of pure Christianity.

"Almost imperceptibly the customs of heathenism
found their way into the Christian church.
The spirit of compromise and conformity was
restrained for a time by the fierce persecutions
which the church endured under paganism. But as
persecution ceased, and Christianity entered the
courts and palaces of kings, she laid aside the humble

and pride of pagan priests and rulers; and in place
of the requirements of God, she substituted human

The apostle Paul again plainly foretells of the apostasy,
"But the Spirit expressly saith that in latter times
some shall fall away from the faith,
giving heed to seducing spirits
and doctrines of demons,
forbidding to marry
and commanding to abstain from meats"
(I Timothy 4:1-3).

Nowhere in the Bible is anyone "forbidden"
to marry - and yet Rome commanded her
priests and nuns with such a command. -
Thus corrupting pure Christianity and fashioning
it after the pagan tenents of ancient Rome.

It appeared in the church that a falling away from
the truth would indeed happen. Paul was not the only
one who confirmed the predictions. James did in James 4:1-3;
Peter in II Peter 2:1-2; Jude in Jude 4; and John in
III John 9:10.

the ruined women, the murdered innocents;

Spiritism and "The Ouija Board"

A Ouija board (/ˈwiːdʒə/), also known as spirit board
or talking board - is a flat board marked with letters,
numbers, and other symbols, theoretically used to
communicate with spirits. It uses a planchette
(small heart-shaped piece of wood) or movable
platform - to indicate the spirit's message
by spelling it out on the board during a séance.

The fingers of the séance participants are placed
on the planchette, which then moves about the board
to spell out messages from the spirit world.

Ouija is a trademark for a talking board currently
sold by Parker Brothers. It has become a trademark
that is often used generically to refer to any
spirit talking board.

Ouija boards came into existence as a parlor game
in the mid-1800's, when spiritism and channeling were
at the height of fashion.

By 1861, Frenchman, Allan Kardac, was describing
the Ouija board as instruments with which to open
communications with the spirit world.

The planchette is the 'pointer' that is supposed to
glide over the board under the direction of supernatural
forces and form comments and questions by pointing
out questions and comments.

Parker Brothers has marketed Ouija Boards under the
tagline, "It's only a game - isn't it?"

by "demons," seeing apparitions of spirits, and hearing
voices after using them.

Ouija Boards - How do they work?
The idea is that two or more people place a finger
onto the planchette. The fingers lie loosely on
the object to give it freedom to move.
The participants ask the board a series of
questions and in theory the planchette then
floats across the board and slowly answers
each question, by painstakingly moving from
letter to letter or to the numbers giving answers
to the questions.

CONCLUSION -

Sadly, many people are deceived into believing
that Ouija Boards are just a game. The truth of
the matter is that God views channeling,
or consulting spirits or the dead, to be a serious sin.
Deuteronomy 18:11-12 says that anyone engaged in these
practices is "detestable to God."

According Old Testament Law, the Israelites were
supposed to stone (execute) anyone who was a medium
or a channeler (Leviticus 20:27).
